Mary Hotel is the biggest accommodation option in the city of Mary, southeastern Turkmenistan. Completed in 2015, this six-story property brought 177 rooms to a city that had long needed a large-scale hotel for the growing number of visitors drawn to the nearby UNESCO-listed ruins of Ancient Merv. Located on Mollanepes Street in the heart of the city, Mary Hotel has quickly established itself as the default choice for tour groups, business delegations, and solo travelers alike.

Location

The hotel's central position on Mollanepes Street places guests close to Mary's administrative district, the central bazaar, and the city's parks. Mary serves as the main base for excursions to Ancient Merv, roughly 30 km to the east, as well as the Bronze Age site of Gonur Depe further north. The city's airport handles domestic flights to and from Ashgabat, and the railway station provides overland connections across Turkmenistan.

All 177 rooms follow a classic interior design approach with warm tones and solid wood furniture. The six floors offer a range of room categories, from standard doubles to more spacious suites.
